Jod Description:

1) Being responsible for timely and accurate data entry of employee, pay and benefits information. Ensuring data submitted via input documentation is in alignment with company policies and guidelines
2) Standardizing data entry template and ensuring client follows the correct template when giving instructions
3) Generating employment letters, acceptance of resignation letters, transfer letters, contract renewal/ contract end letters as per guidelines
4) Following up to ensure documents and feedback are given on time by the clients for letters generation
5) Responding to queries and questions raised by the clients
6) Generating standard reports and creating ad hoc reports upon request

Knowledge and Skills

• 3 to 5 years human resource information system (HRIS) experience
• Ability to manage high volume of transactions with good time management skills
• Meticulous with high attention to details
• Possess knowledge of Singapore employment legislation
• Strong interpersonal skills with good command of oral and written English
• Team player, service-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of Excel and Word. Experience with a Peoplesoft system is an added advantage
